The company allegedly deceives victims by presenting itself as an import and export specialist, attempting to transfer bank instruments into its own name.
The business, operated by the Prasant family, has faced multiple legal disputes, with several claimants filing cases against them in court. Despite the Prasant family’s assertions of innocence, legal proceedings suggest otherwise.
CEO Charant Prasant is reportedly at the center of these fraudulent activities, particularly targeting individuals from Europe and Asia, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi. He is known to build relationships and establish trust through small transactions before allegedly orchestrating large-scale financial fraud.
Rosamaria Peralta, an associate of Charant Prasant, is also involved in ongoing legal proceedings. She has been accused of fraud by ALFA PHARMA LLC, which filed a complaint for breach of contract and fraud in December 2024.
Mr. Mark Walters of ALFA PHARMA LLC has issued a public warning, advising caution when dealing with RRKS International Group, LLC or any member of the Prasant family.
Miami Court Judge David Christel is overseeing the case and has requested a full investigation into the company’s activities. Authorities have already frozen the Prasant family’s bank accounts due to a large-scale fraud investigation.
To circumvent financial restrictions, the Prasant family is allegedly attempting to transfer funds and bank instruments—including Letters of Credit (LCs), bonds, bank guarantees, and Medium-Term Notes (MTNs)—through a linked company and bank accounts in Singapore.
RRKS International Group, LLC, which has been registered for years to build credibility, is allegedly being used as a front to gain trust while executing fraudulent transactions through its counterpart.
Authorities continue to monitor and document these fraudulent attempts, particularly those involving upfront payments and bank instruments, as evidence for future legal action against CEO Charant Prasant and Rosamaria Peralta.
