Gamers will wait longer for Grand Theft Auto VI after Rockstar Games announced another release delay. The studio confirmed the new launch date as 19 November 2026. This marks the second postponement, following an earlier push from May 2026. Rockstar originally planned to release the game in autumn this year. The company asked fans for patience, saying it needs extra time to meet the high standards players “expect and deserve.”

Grand Theft Auto VI takes place in the state of Leonida, featuring the neon-lit streets of the fictional Vice City and new regions beyond. Rockstar promises the largest and most immersive chapter of the series to date.
